“I love this company. They put a bathroom in for us, and it’s beautiful. My granddaughter said, ‘Nana, you have a magazine bathroom.’ All the men that came to work were so nice and respectful.”

“Jonathon is awesome! Very honest, fair and professional. He is super respectful, listened to what we wanted done and went above and beyond to make sure we got it. He cared about us and showed up right away whenever we needed anything. We noticed a few small things that needed to be touched up after the job was complete and he personally came the very next day and handled it. Going into the project my husband and I were nervous because it was our first remodel and you never know who you can trust these days, but I’m here to tell you, I highly recommend JACCO Builders!”

“Jonathon and his team did quite a bit of work for us, including the bathroom plumbing for a new build garage, which included tying into the septic system as well as installing the toilet, sink/cabinet, shower, and tankless water heater. They also remodeled my bathroom, removing a big square tub and installing a tiled shower. They did a few other things and Jonathon was really easy to work with. Jonathon was very good with communication and he and his team were reliable, trustworthy, and priced fairly. He always made sure work appointment times were good for us and continually checked in to see how we were feeling about the work. I highly recommend JACCO Builders for any building or remodeling work someone might need done!”

“I’ve had a good experience with Jonathon and his team. They redid our extra room and created a master suite for us, including creating a closet and master bathroom. They finished our basement from a garage into an extra living space. They repainted our entire home and did a lot of touch-ups here and there. They notice a lot of little things and are sure to point them out and then fix them. Jonathon has a few teams of guys and overall they were all nice to work with. There were a couple hiccups, as I’d expect with home renovations, but Jonathon made everything work. I’m extremely pleased with how our house turned out, and if we stayed in the Nashville area I would use their services again.”

“JACCO Builders did a fantastic job on my mother-in-law’s bathroom remodel. Communication was great and any issues that arose were dealt with professionally. Also, they treat you like family. I can’t say enough how wonderful Jonathon and his crew are. If you need any work done [on] your home, give JACCO Builders a call. I highly recommend Jonathon and his team.”

“I’d never thought we would find a general contractor in our area, but when we did, we quickly realized we found the best contractor in all of Middle Tennessee. I say that because from the first phone call, we had Jonathon’s undivided attention. The project started within a couple of days of our meeting and kept to its schedule over the next couple of months. The people Jonathon employs have terrific work ethics, from being on time to cleaning up at the end of every day. The quality of their work is top notch. All of them are true craftsmen, as evidenced in their impeccable work at every turn! We are truly grateful for finding JACCO and highly recommend their services.”

“I have now used JACCO Builders on four projects over the last two months! I am so impressed with the quick response to my inquiry and have been blown away by the quality of work completed on each and every project. Jonathon and his entire team have gone above and beyond, and each person I have met is equally as professional and skilled as the next. I would (and have) recommended JACCO to anyone looking for plumbing repair, kitchen and bath remodel and ANY type of painting. They just did some ceramic tile repair and removed old carpet and installed new LVT flooring in a large office… all in two days! Each project from initial bid to completion has been precisely within the scope of work I was given. I can’t imagine even calling anyone else the next time we need work. Jonathon and JACCO will be my one and only call.”

“This team was fantastic! They came into the project to correct mistakes from a prior contractor AND brought us over the finish line. Our covered porch/deck has beautiful columns and arches and little details that make me so happy. We have dealt with several contractors in the last two years to finish out our backyard space, and Jonathon and his team carried out our vision. True craftsmen. Prompt. Responsive. Transparent in billing. Look forward to hiring them for the next project.”

“JACCO Builders replaced the support columns on my porch and added a railing. I was impressed by Jonathon and his staff. They arrived when they said they would and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. I was not surprised by the cost. I was given a reliable estimate. I would recommend JACCO Builders.”

“I was so impressed with the quality and professionalism of JACCO Builders’ work on replacing my balcony on the second floor of my condo and the painting of my patio below it on the first floor. Now the entire back of my condo looks amazing! It’s all so beautiful! I am very happy with how it looks but also the fact they did it all so quickly! I highly recommend this company for your next project.”

“Jonathon and his crew installed railings for the front steps and the back deck and also stained them to match existing wood beams. We are very pleased with his work.”

“The crew showed up every day and worked diligently performing many interior projects. Their quality of workmanship presented [a] beautiful end result, especially the fireplace surround and custom stair railing. Jonathon is very easy to work with and completed each task just the way it was planned. I am very pleased with JACCO Builders and will eagerly recommend them for future construction projects.”

“Wonderful experience. They took care of everything, including gathering all the material. They started work the next week after I approved the contract. Always on time. They provide a detailed schedule of what would be done and which day. Work was completed when he said it would be done. High quality work with excellent attention to detail. I love my new well house and kitchen. Highly recommended!”

“Thank you to Jonathon and the team for the amazing work you did on our kitchen and doors. The painters, construction workers and tile man did such good quality and detailed work. They were all very professional and easy to work with.”

“Jonathon and his crew are wonderful. Polite, respectful, and hard workers. They did drywall repair and extensive indoor painting and step repair and construction outside, along with outside house painting and roof repair. As is often the case, some repair needs became apparent as they worked, and I felt like I was fairly and honestly treated. Will use again!”

“JACCO Builders are professional, respectful and reliable. Our deck was falling down and Jonathon and his crew did a wonderful job with repairing and rebuilding (some) using recycled materials when possible, saving us money and time. This is the second time JACCO has done projects for us and I am very pleased with their work! Flexible and easy to work with!”

“JACCO Builders turned an old closet into a modern and updated closet, and enclos[ed] a storage area to make it more useful. We appreciated the consultation where what we wanted was heard, and the work being done quickly and exactly as planned!”

“I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Jonathon and his team at JACCO Builders compels me to share our story. From our first interaction in May 2023 to the completion of my mother’s house repairs, their patience, understanding, and professionalism were nothing short of remarkable. As we plan for future projects, there’s no doubt that JACCO Builders will be our go-to team. I wholeheartedly recommend Jonathon and his team to anyone seeking a high-quality, trustworthy, and caring contractor. Thank you, JACCO Builders, for not just repairing a house, but for restoring peace of mind and heart.”

“I had an insurance claim. I am already under stress, and JACCO Builders have been very professional and understanding to do what might make me happy but also to make my home better than it was before they came. Thank you, JACCO, for making my home something I can live in.”

“Jonathon was very respectful. He looked around and gave me an honest opinion about what I should do to my drywall. [We] did have to reschedule, but he was communicative and reached out. They came in while I was at work and repaired the drywall and painted. I came home and was expecting some mess left over or paint drips, but nothing. Good work, would recommend.”

“They were on time, polite, professional, and protected my furniture while painting. Would I recommend them? Yes!”

“Sliding glass door install. Water tank and plumbing repair. Great response to my first phone call. Easy to work with. Would use him again.”

“Jonathon and his team were very professional, arriving on time and completing all work in a timely manner. We will definitely use his services again on future projects and have also recommended him to several of our friends.”

“Everything went beautifully! Any issues, they were back right away! Communication was excellent! The end product was great!”

“Jonathon and the people who work with him are truly wonderful to work with. Top notch people and work. We will continue to hire them for our home projects.”
