JACCO Builders LLC (“JACCO,” “we” or “us”) is a licensed general contractor based in Cottontown, Tennessee 37048. This policy covers jaccobuilders.com and the information you share with us through it.
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to send us.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your address or photos of your home.
When you request a consultation, the form asks for:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number and email address
- Where the project is located
- The type of project
- An investment range, if you choose to give one
- A description of the project
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, the website that referred you, and your approximate location, such as your city, which Google derives from your IP address. We review this information in aggregate and do not use it to identify you.

Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and the business, and only as far as they need it to do that work. These include FormSubmit, which processes consultation requests and newsletter signup requests and emails them to us; our email and newsletter service; Google Analytics; and our website host, Vercel.
If you hire us, we may share your name, address and project details with subcontractors, suppliers and permit offices as the work requires. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep project records, such as contracts, invoices and permit documents, for as long as needed for tax, legal and business purposes. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing jewilkinson@gmail.com; we may need to keep some records where the law requires. You can also block cookies in your browser or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including Google, Facebook, the Better Business Bureau and HomeAdvisor. We do not control those sites, and their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies before sharing information with them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no website or email system is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive financial information, such as bank account or card numbers, through the form or by email.

We may update this policy when the website, our service providers or our practices change. The “last updated” date on this page shows when it was last revised.
