Kitchen Remodeling
Cabinetry, stone and layout changes that open the room up.

Primary suites, walk-in showers, soaking tubs and custom vanities for homes across Sumner County, Franklin, Brentwood and West Nashville, priced from a written scope and built by one accountable team.

Plumbing, electrical, framing, waterproofing, tile, cabinetry, glass and paint. A full bathroom remodel touches nearly every trade in a house, in a room where every inch is visible and water is always looking for a way in. That is why JACCO treats a bathroom as a construction project first: the parts you never see decide how the room looks and performs ten years from now.
Because JACCO is a licensed general contractor, the bigger moves are on the table. Walls can shift to borrow space from a closet, drains and supply lines can be relocated, a tub alcove can become a walk-in shower, and lighting can be rewired around the way you actually use the room. You deal with one team and one contract from the first walk-through to the final punch list.
Every project starts with a site visit and a written bid, then moves through scheduling, construction and a punch list we walk together before the project closes. Whether you are planning a primary suite, a hall bath or a powder room, the process is the same; only the scope changes.
Every scope is written for your room. These are the pieces clients ask for most, from a guest bath refresh to a reimagined primary suite.
Most bathroom projects fall into one of three levels. Your written bid spells out exactly which pieces yours includes.
The footprint stays put while the surfaces and fixtures change: tile, vanity, lighting, glass and plumbing fixtures, with any hidden damage repaired before anything new goes in.
Everything comes out to the studs. New supply and drain lines, wiring and waterproofing go in behind a custom tiled shower, new cabinetry and a lighting plan.
Walls and plumbing move to make the room work: a closet absorbed into a larger shower, a separate water closet, a tub where one never fit before. Fully custom suites run up to roughly $150,000.
Every photo here is a bathroom JACCO built.
We treat the shower base and the waterproofing behind the tile as the most important part of the room. It is the step you never see, and the one that cannot be corrected later without tearing the bathroom apart.
Tile, fixtures, vanity and glass are chosen and ordered before the old bathroom comes out, so the room is not sitting open while you wait on a delivery.
Floors and nearby rooms are protected before work starts and the site is cleaned at the end of every day. If it is the bathroom you use daily, we plan the sequence with you first.
“We noticed a few small things that needed to be touched up after the job was complete and he personally came the very next day and handled it.”
Site visit, measurements and a written bid tied to a clear scope of work.
Selections settled, materials lined up, a detailed schedule, and a protected, clean home while we build.
We walk the finished work with you and close the project when every item on the list is done.
Three things drive the number more than any others: whether the layout changes, how much custom cabinetry is involved, and the tile and stone you choose. Moving a drain or a wall adds framing, plumbing and inspection work; keeping the footprint focuses the budget on finishes. JACCO prices every project from a written scope, and fully custom primary suites run up to roughly $150,000.
Good bathrooms are decided before the first wall comes down, so most of the calendar is planning, selections and lead times. Once materials are on hand, construction on a full remodel is measured in weeks, not days. You get a detailed schedule before work starts, and if this is your only full bath we plan the sequence around that with you.
In most cases, yes, and it is one of the most common requests we see. Removing a tub usually means reworking the drain, building a new sloped and waterproofed shower base, and deciding how much glass you want versus an open entry. If you would like to keep a tub elsewhere in the house, we can talk that through during the consultation.
Often, yes. Moving plumbing, adding circuits or changing walls typically requires a permit, while a straight finish update may not. Requirements depend on where you live, whether that is unincorporated Sumner County, the City of Franklin, Brentwood or Metro Nashville. JACCO confirms what your project needs during the bid and handles the applications and inspections.
Yes. We walk through the layout and selections with you before the bid is final, so the price reflects the materials you actually want rather than placeholder allowances. If you are working with an interior designer, we are glad to build from their plans and selections instead.
Jonathon will follow up personally to schedule a visit. The first consultation is complimentary.
