Overview

Every service in one place grouped the way projects come together

JACCO Builders is a Cottontown-based, licensed general contractor working across Sumner County and Greater Nashville. Bathrooms lead the work, followed by kitchens, whole-home remodels, additions, decks and porches, carpentry and outdoor living. The services below are sorted into groups so you can find the one closest to your project, though most real projects cross those lines: a bathroom brings plumbing, tile and carpentry with it, and an addition brings framing, roofing and siding.

Whichever service you start from, the work runs the same way: bid, schedule, build, punch list and close. You get a written scope and price before demolition, a schedule in hand before work starts and a site that is cleaned up daily. You can read how each of the five stages works before you call.

Not sure where your project fits

Start with a conversation, not a category

Many projects span several of these services, and some do not fit neatly into any of them. Either way, the first step is the same: a consultation at your home, where Jonathon looks at the space, listens to what you want to change and talks through the options. A written bid follows that covers every trade involved, so you deal with one contract instead of several.

More remodeling FAQs

Can one project combine several of these services?

Yes, and most do. A bathroom remodel can involve plumbing, electrical, tile, carpentry and paint; an addition may combine framing, roofing, siding, windows and flooring. Under one contract, JACCO coordinates all of them on a single schedule, so you have one point of contact rather than a separate agreement with each trade.

Which areas does JACCO serve?

JACCO is based in Cottontown and works across Sumner County, along with Franklin, Brentwood and West Nashville. Our service areas page lists the towns that have their own pages. If your home is nearby but outside those areas, call (615) 674-8642 and we will tell you whether we can take on the project.

Do you charge for the first visit and estimate?

No. That first visit and the estimate that follows cost you nothing: Jonathon walks the home with you, talks through what you want to accomplish and prepares a written bid from the scope you agree on. For large projects that need design work before they can be priced, we explain how that stage works and what it involves before it begins.

Do you take on smaller projects as well as large ones?

The range is wide: a repair or a single room on one end, a whole-home remodel or an addition on the other. The common thread is that each one is planned, priced in writing and finished properly. If your project would be better served by a different kind of company, we will tell you that honestly during the first call.
